Tesla Model 3 Vs Polestar 2. Rory Reid from AutoTrader is back with another electric car. The 2 you see here is equipped with the 5000 Performance Pack.
The Polestar 2 is the first all-electric car from the new Volvo- and Geely-backed brand officially unveiled in 2019 while the Model 3 is Teslas first stab at a lower-cost EV for the masses. At a rated 518 km the model 3 will travel roughly 150 km further on a single charge. The Tesla Model 3 by comparison is available in a bunch of different range and performance variants but the one that most closely matches the Polestar 2s price is the all-wheel drive long-range.
In this case Tesla Model 3 is the best with 250 kW peak and the highest power level basically for almost the entire 10-90 SOC range.
Similarly the 3 is a Performance version for full-whack-in-the-back go. Some say the Polestar 2 is the first real Tesla Model 3 rival. Since 2017 and the Polestar 2 wont arrive in the US. But the two will square off against each other in price and range.
